Transliteration
saguṇaṃ brahmatāmāhuranuttarapadābhidhām / prapañcadvayanirmāṇakāriṇīṃ tāṃ parāṃbikām
Translation
They declare her to be Brahman with attributes, known as the unsurpassed Supreme State—she, the Supreme Mother (Parāmbikā), who fashions the universe in its twofold manifestation.
