रथवंशेषु मूर्च्छन्त्यः करिकण्ठैः प्रपञ्चिताः / अश्वनिःश्वासविक्षिप्ता धूलयः रवं प्रपेदिरे
rathavaṃśeṣu mūrcchantyaḥ karikaṇṭhaiḥ prapañcitāḥ / aśvaniḥśvāsavikṣiptā dhūlayaḥ ravaṃ prapedire
Dust, thickening upon the shafts and axles of the chariots, was spread abroad by the tossing necks of elephants; flung up by the horses’ snorting breath, that dust rose into a roaring din.
