नित्यम् एव विजानीहि सोमं वै षोडशांशकैः कलया जायते ऽजस्रं पुनः पुनर् अबुद्धिमान् //

Translation

This verse (no. 56) teaches that hearing and remembering the sacred word purifies the mind and increases wisdom.
