एवं विश्रम्भितो विप्र: फाल्गुनेन परन्तप । जगाम स्वगृहं प्रीत: पार्थवीर्यं निशामयन् ॥ ३४ ॥
evaṁ viśrambhito vipraḥ phālgunena parantapa jagāma sva-gṛhaṁ prītaḥ pārtha-vīryaṁ niśāmayan
Thus reassured by Phālguna (Arjuna), O tormentor of enemies, the brāhmaṇa went home pleased, having heard Pārtha’s declaration of his prowess.
This verse shows the brāhmaṇa becoming confident and satisfied after Arjuna reassures him—illustrating how faith is strengthened when the Lord’s devotee gives protection and courage.
Because Arjuna consoled him and demonstrated his capability; having witnessed Pārtha’s valor, the brāhmaṇa felt reassured and went home satisfied.
Seek guidance from sincere devotees, accept reassurance grounded in dharma, and move forward with steadiness—confidence grows when supported by righteous counsel and genuine protection.
