Considering Lord Krishna invincible, that foremost demon quickly carried Balarama far beyond the spot where he was supposed to put his passenger down.
Pralamba wanted to carry Balarāma out of Lord Kṛṣṇa’s sight so that he could cruelly attack Him.
In Canto 10, Chapter 18, the demon is Pralamba, who infiltrates the cowherd boys’ play and tries to abduct Kṛṣṇa (and Balarāma) by carrying Him away.
Because he found Kṛṣṇa “unbearable” to carry and feared being detected, Pralamba accelerated and went beyond the dismounting point to escape with Kṛṣṇa.
Deceptive, exploitative intentions ultimately intensify one’s anxiety; staying aligned with dharma and devotion brings clarity and protection, while wrongdoing makes the heart feel “unbearable” and agitated.
