एतास्त्वाजोप यन्तु धाराः सोम्या देवीर्घृतपृष्ठा मधुश्चुतः । स्तभान पृथिवीमुत द्यां नाकस्य पृष्ठेऽधि सप्तरश्मौ
etā́s tvā́ja úpa yantu dhā́rāḥ somyā́ devī́r ghṛtá-pṛṣṭhā madhu-ścútaḥ | stabhāná pṛthivī́m utá dyā́ṃ nā́kasya pṛṣṭhé ’dhí saptá-raśmau ||
Let these streams come unto thee, O Goat—Soma-sweet, divine, with ghee for their back, honey-dripping—upholding Earth and Heaven, upon the summit of the firmament, on the seven-rayed (Sun).
