Sukta 30
अनुव्रतः पितुः पुत्रो मात्रा भवतु संमनाः । जाया पत्ये मधुमतीं वाचं वदतु शन्तिवाम्
anuvratáḥ pitúḥ putró mātrā́ bhavatu sáṃmanāḥ | jāyā́ pátye mádhumatīṃ vā́caṃ vadatu śantivā́m ||
Let the son be obedient to the father, and of one mind with the mother. Let the wife unto the husband speak speech that is honey-sweet, speech that bringeth peace.
