इदं हिरण्यं बिभृहि यत् ते पिताबिभः पुरा। स्वर्गं यतः पितुर्हस्तं निर्मृड्ढि दक्षिणम्
idáṃ híraṇyaṃ bibhṛhi yát te pitā́bibháḥ purā́ | svargáṃ yatáḥ pitúr hástaṃ nírmṛḍḍhi dákṣiṇam
Bear thou this gold, which erst thy father wore of old. From the Father’s hand, whence heaven is won, cleanse thou the right (hand/side) from harm.
