Sukta 4
देवा यज्ञमृतवः कल्पयन्ति हविः पुरोडाशं स्रुचो यज्ञायुधानि । तेभिर्याहि पथिभिर्देवयानैर्यैरीजानाः स्वर्गं यन्ति लोकम्
devā́ yajñám ṛtávaḥ kalpayanti havíḥ puroḍā́śaṃ srúco yajñāyudhā́ni | tébhir yāhi pathíbhiḥ devayā́naiḥ yáir ījānā́ḥ svargáṃ yánti lókam ||
The Gods, the Seasons, marshal the Sacrifice—oblation and cake, the ladles, the sacrificial instruments. By these go forth upon the godward paths, whereby the sacrificing attain the heavenly world.
