Sukta 3

पयस्वतीरोषधयः पयस्वन्मामकं पयः । अपां पयसो यत् पयस्तेन मा सह शुम्भतु

páyasvatīr óṣadhayaḥ páyasvan māmakáṃ páyaḥ | apā́ṃ páyaso yát páyas téna mā sahá śúmbhatu ||

Ye milkful Herbs, make milkful mine own vital milk. With that milk which is the milk of Waters, therewith, together, let it make me fair and strong.
