Sukta 2

अव सृज पुनरग्ने पितृभ्यो यस्त आहुतश्चरति स्वधावान्। आयुर्वसान उप यातु शेषः सं गच्छतां तन्वा सुवर्चाः

áva sṛja púnar agne pitṛ́bhyo yás ta āhútaś cárati svadhā́vān | āyúrvásāna úpa yātu śéṣaḥ sáṃ gacchatāṃ tanvā̀ suvárchāḥ

Send him away again, O Agni, unto the Fathers—him who, offered to thee, fareth on, possessed of svadhā. Let what remaineth, clothing itself with life, draw near; let it come together wholly with the body, in goodly radiance.
