अस्त्रा नीलशिखण्डेन सहस्राक्षेण वाजिना । रुद्रेणार्धकघातिना तेन मा समरामहि
IAST Transliteration
astrā́ nī́laśikhaṇḍena sahasrākṣéṇa vājínā | rudréṇārdhakaghātínā ténā mā sám āramahi ||
English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)
With weapons—with the blue-crested, the thousand-eyed, the swift— with Rudra, the half-slayer: with him may we confront (the peril) for my defence.
