राज्ञो वरुणस्य बन्धोऽसि । सो३मुमामुष्यायणममुष्याः पुत्रमन्ने प्राणे बधान
rājñó váruṇasya bandhó ’si | sá u amúm amuṣyā́yaṇam amuṣyā́ḥ putrám ánne prāṇé badhāna
Thou art the bond of King Varuṇa. Do thou, in very deed, bind yonder man—so-and-so’s son, child of such a mother—in food and in breath.
