लभेत लब्ध्वा दूष्येषु दाण्डकर्मिकमाचरेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.४८च्द् ॥
Transliteration
labheta labdhvā dūṣyeṣu dāṇḍakarmikam ācaret
Translation
He should secure (the objective); having secured it, he should apply punitive/disciplinary measures against those liable to censure.
