Sutra 47

इतिहासपुराणाभ्यां बोधयेदर्थशास्त्रवित् ॥ कZ_०५.६.४७च्द् ॥

itihāsapurāṇābhyāṃ bodhayet arthaśāstravit

One skilled in statecraft should instruct (the ruler) by means of histories and Purāṇic exempla.
