इतिहासपुराणाभ्यां बोधयेदर्थशास्त्रवित् ॥ कZ_०५.६.४७च्द् ॥
Transliteration
itihāsapurāṇābhyāṃ bodhayet arthaśāstravit
Translation
One skilled in statecraft should instruct (the ruler) by means of histories and Purāṇic exempla.
