विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
One who has overstepped (become too assertive) should be eliminated by provoking the wrath of the constituent elements of the state (so that they themselves turn against him).
