एवं राजपण्ययोगविक्रयो वेतनप्रत्यादानं च भवति ॥ कZ_०५.३.४४ ॥

Transliteration

evaṃ rājapaṇyayogavikrayo vetanapratyādānaṃ ca bhavati

Translation

Thus there results (i) the organized sale/issue of royal merchandise and (ii) the recovery/settlement of wages (through repayment/accounting).
