तेषु राजा नित्ययुक्तः स्यात् अभीक्ष्णं चैषां शिल्पदर्शनं कुर्यात् ॥ कZ_०५.३.३६ ॥

Transliteration

teṣu rājā nitya-yuktaḥ syāt abhīkṣṇaṃ caiṣāṃ śilpa-darśanaṃ kuryāt

Translation

The king should remain constantly engaged in these matters and should frequently inspect their training and technical proficiency.
