श्रेणीमुख्ययोः श्रेणी बाहुल्यादनवग्रहा स्तेयसाहसाभ्यां पीडयति मुख्यः कार्यानुग्रहविघाताभ्यामित्याचार्याः ॥ कZ_०८.४.२७ ॥
Transliteration
śreṇīmukhyayoḥ śreṇī bāhulyādanavagrahā steyasāhasābhyāṃ pīḍayati mukhyaḥ kāryānugrahavighātābhyāmityācāryāḥ
Translation
Between a guild and its head: the guild—because of its large numbers and lack of restraint—oppresses through theft and violent coercion; the guild-head oppresses by granting or obstructing work (favouring some, blocking others), say the teachers.
