नित्यश्च कोपेन सम्बन्धः पापप्रतिषेधार्थः ॥ कZ_०८.३.१० ॥
Transliteration
nityaśca kopena sambandhaḥ pāpapratiṣedhārthaḥ
Translation
And a constant linkage with (the capacity for) anger is for the purpose of restraining wrongdoing.
