सामुत्थायिकैरवगृहीतो वा राज्योपघातं मर्षयति ॥ कZ_०८.२.१७ ॥
Transliteration
sāmutthāyikair avagṛhīto vā rājyopaghātaṃ marṣayati
Translation
Or, when seized by a collective uprising (or organized faction), he endures injury to the state.
