कोशमादाय च व्यसने शक्यमपयातुं न दुर्गमिति ॥ कZ_०८.१.३६ ॥

Transliteration

kośamādāya ca vyasane śakyamapayātuṃ na durgamiti

Translation

In a calamity one can withdraw by taking the treasury along; one cannot do so with a fort.
