स्वामी च सम्पन्नः स्वसम्पद्भिः प्रकृतीः सम्पादयति ॥ कZ_०८.१.१६ ॥
Transliteration
svāmī ca sampannaḥ svasampadbhiḥ prakṛtīḥ sampādayati
Translation
And a well-endowed ruler, using his own resources, builds up and equips the constituent elements of the state.
