पूज्यपूजने दूष्यावग्रहे च नित्ययुक्तस्तिष्ठति ॥ कZ_०८.१.१५ ॥
Transliteration
pūjyapūjane dūṣyāvagrahe ca nityayuktas tiṣṭhati
Translation
He remains constantly engaged in honoring the worthy and restraining/punishing those who are culpable.
