प्रेषणं संधिपालत्वं प्रतापो मित्रसंग्रहः ॥ कZ_०१.१६.३३अब् ॥

preṣaṇaṃ saṃdhipālatvaṃ pratāpo mitrasaṃgrahaḥ.

Dispatching agents/embassies, maintaining treaties, demonstrating power, and gathering allies.
