अमात्यसम्पदोपेतो निसृष्टार्थः ॥ कZ_०१.१६.०२ ॥

amātyasampadopeto nisṛṣṭārthaḥ

(He should be) endowed with the qualities of a minister, and entrusted with the objective (of the mission).
