तस्मात्कर्मसु ये येष्वभिप्रेतास्तैः सह मन्त्रयेत ॥ कZ_०१.१५.३० ॥
Transliteration
tasmāt karmasu ye yeṣv abhipretās taiḥ saha mantrayeta
Translation
Therefore, in each undertaking, he should deliberate only with those who are intended (i.e., directly concerned/assigned) for those tasks.
