तैर्मन्त्रयमाणो हि मन्त्रसिद्धिं गुप्तिं च लभते इति ॥ कZ_०१.१५.३१ ॥
Transliteration
tair mantrayamāṇo hi mantrasiddhiṃ guptiṃ ca labhate iti
Translation
For, by deliberating with them, he attains both successful counsel (effective decision) and secrecy—so it is said.
