Sutra 9

तमितरस्तदात्वे चायत्यां च क्रममवेक्षेत ॥ कZ_०७.८.०९ ॥

tam itaras tadātve cāyatyāṃ ca kramam avekṣeta

The other party should assess the sequence of steps (the likely plan) both for the present and for the future.
