Sutra 19

कृतार्थश्च शत्रुर्वैगुण्यमेति ॥ कZ_०७.८.१९ ॥

kṛtārthaś ca śatrur vaiguṇyam eti

And an enemy, once his objective is achieved, lapses into unreliability/defectiveness.
