tayorviśeṣalābhādatisaṃdhiḥ
When, in either of those (treaty types), a special additional gain is secured, it is an ‘over-treaty’ (ati-saṃdhi).
Viṣama-saṃdhi is imbalance by ‘reverse’ allocation; ati-saṃdhi is a treaty (whether otherwise balanced or not) that yields an extra, distinct advantage beyond the baseline shares.
