तुल्यदेशकालानां युग्यशस्त्रावरणतो विशेषः ॥ कZ_०७.१५.०८ ॥

Transliteration

tulyadeśakālānāṃ yugyaśastrāvaraṇato viśeṣaḥ

Translation

When territory and season are equal, superiority is determined by suitability of logistics (yoking/transport), weapons, and protective equipment/armor.
