तुल्यभूमीनां स्वयुद्धकाललाभाद्विशेषः ॥ कZ_०७.१५.०७ ॥
Transliteration
tulyabhūmīnāṃ svayuddhakālalābhād viśeṣaḥ
Translation
Where the terrain is equal, advantage comes from securing the timing of battle on one’s own terms.
