Sutra 22
दुर्गादीनि च कर्माणि आवाहविवाहपुत्राभिषेकाश्वपण्यहस्तिग्रहणसत्त्रयात्राविहारगमनानि चानुज्ञातः कुर्वीत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२२ ॥
durgādīni ca karmāṇi āvāhavivāhaputrābhiṣekāśvapaṇyahastigrahaṇasattrayātrāvihāragamanāni cānujñātaḥ kurvīta
And fort-related and other major acts—mustering, marriage alliances, consecration of a son, horse-trade, seizure/acquisition of elephants, sacrificial sessions, pilgrimages, pleasure-excursions, and travel—should be undertaken only with authorization.
