वैरं वा परैर्ग्राहयित्वा विसंवादयेत् ॥ कZ_०७.१४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
vairaṃ vā parairgrāhayitvā visaṃvādayet
Translation
Or, having induced others to assume hostility, one should set them at odds (create discord).
