औदकयोरपि धान्यवापमधान्यवापाच्छ्रेयः ॥ कZ_०७.११.०५ ॥

audakayorapi dhānyavāpamadhānyavāpācchreyaḥ

Even among irrigated tracts, land suitable for sowing grain is preferable to land suited to non-grain sowing.
