दण्डसम्पत्सारबलं पुंसां ॥ कZ_१०.५.४१ ॥
daṇḍasampatsārabalaṃ puṃsāṃ
For men, the core strength consists in the resources of coercive power (daṇḍa) and material capacity (sampat).
Coercion without resources is brittle, and resources without coercive organization are vulnerable; durable power requires both.
