Sutra 11

तावन्तः पादगोपा वाजिरथद्विपानां विधेयाः ॥ कZ_१०.५.११ ॥

tāvantaḥ pādagopā vājirathadvipānāṃ vidheyāḥ

The same number of foot-guards (pādagopā) should be assigned for horses, chariots, and elephants.
