शोधयेयुश्च शुद्धास्ते पौरजानपदान्दमैः ॥ कZ_०४.९.२८च्द् ॥

Transliteration

śodhayeyuś ca śuddhās te paurajānapadān damaiḥ

Translation

And once purified, they should in turn discipline townsmen and rural inhabitants through corrective measures.
