कुटुंबिकाध्यक्षमुख्यस्वामिनां कूटशासनमुद्राकर्मसु पूर्वमध्योत्तमवधा दण्डाः यथापराधं वा ॥ कZ_०४.९.१२ ॥

Transliteration

kuṭuṃbikādhyakṣamukhyasvāmināṃ kūṭaśāsanamudrākarmasu pūrvamadhyottamavadhā daṇḍāḥ yathāparādhaṃ vā

Translation

For householders, superintendents, chief officials, and masters who engage in forged edicts/orders or forged seal-operations, penalties shall be graded as first, middle, and highest—including capital punishment—according to the gravity of the offence.
