न च प्राकाम्यमकामायां लब्भेत ॥ कZ_०४.१२.०५ ॥
na ca prākāmyam akāmāyāṃ labbheta
And no legal right of sexual access (prākāmya) is obtained in the case of a woman who is unwilling (akāmā).
The state refuses to recognize any claimed ‘right of access’ where the woman’s unwillingness is established—consent is treated as a legal boundary.
