भिक्षुकान् कुहकांश्चान्यान्वारयेद्देशपीडनात् ॥ कZ_०४.१.६६च्द् ॥

bhikṣukān kuhakāṃścānyānvārayeddeśapīḍanāt

He should prevent mendicants, impostors, and others from oppressing or harassing the countryside.
