मर्मवधवैगुण्यकरणे दण्डपारुष्यं विद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१.५७ ॥
Transliteration
marmavadhavaiguṇyakaraṇe daṇḍapāruṣyaṃ vidyāt
Translation
In cases of killing by striking a vital spot, or causing permanent impairment/disfigurement, it should be treated under the penalties for bodily violence (daṇḍa-pāruṣya).
