रूपदर्शकस्य स्थितां पणयात्रामकोप्यां कोपयतः कोप्यामकोपयतो द्वादशपणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०४.१.४४ ॥
rūpadarśakasya sthitāṃ paṇayātrāmakopyāṃ kopayataḥ kopyāmakopayato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ
For an assayer/coin-examiner (rūpadarśaka), if he makes a fixed official exchange/valuation schedule (paṇayātrā) ‘variable’ when it should be stable, or makes it ‘stable’ when it should be variable, the fine is twelve paṇas.
