बन्धनागारे च बालवृद्धव्याधितानाथानां जातनक्षत्रपौर्णमासीषु विसर्गः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.४४ ॥

Transliteration

bandhanāgāre ca bāla-vṛddha-vyādhita-anāthānāṃ jāta-nakṣatra-paurṇamāsīṣu visargaḥ.

Translation

In the prison as well, children, the elderly, the sick, and those without support should be released (or granted leave) on birthdays/natal-star days and on full-moon days.
