Sutra 29

भैषज्यव्याधिभयनिमित्तमदण्ड्याः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२९ ॥

bhaiṣajya-vyādhi-bhaya-nimittam adaṇḍyāḥ

Those acting due to medical treatment, illness, or fear (as the cause) are not to be fined.
