पांसुशेषेण वास्तुच्छिद्रं राजभवनं वा पूरयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.३.०६ ॥
Transliteration
pāṃsuśeṣeṇa vāstucchidraṃ rājabhavanaṃ vā pūrayet
Translation
With the remaining excavated earth, he should fill any gaps/voids in the building-site—or (low areas around) the royal residence.
