पत्तनाध्यक्षनिबद्धं पण्यपत्तनचारित्रं नावध्यक्षः पालयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.०७ ॥
Transliteration
pattanādhyakṣanibaddhaṃ paṇyapattanacāritraṃ nāvadhyakṣaḥ pālayet
Translation
The Superintendent of Boats should enforce and maintain the commercial-port regulations and customary procedures that are recorded/registered by the Superintendent of Ports.
