देशं परिहरेद् राजा व्ययक्रीडाश्च वारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.०१.३६च्द् ॥

Transliteration

deśaṃ parihared rājā vyayakrīḍāś ca vārayet

Translation

—the king should avoid such a region, and he should restrain wasteful expenditures and frivolous amusements.
