Sutra 73

घातयेत्परमिश्रायां विश्वासेनामिषेण च ॥ कZ_०९.६.७३च्द् ॥

ghātayet paramiśrāyāṃ viśvāsenāmiṣeṇa ca

He should have (the target) killed in a mixed/neutral setting, using trust and bait as the means.
